I found a guide over at gHacks that shows you how to store your cache on a ram-disc instead of your harddrive. This means it will definetly get wiped when you reboot your computer. If its stored on the harddrive and you clear the cache you can still get it if you wanted with diffrent recovery software. So if you really want to be anonymous this is one step on the road.
