If you are into bittorrent this is the list for you. The guys who made the torrent client Azureus, have also written a plugin to azureus which gathers statistics about the ISPs. Which of the isps in your country is limiting your internet connection, making it slow downloading torrents and so on. If your ISP is on this list i would change it immediately!
Im proud to say that sweden doesnt have one singel ISP on that list! yay!
